Refund policy


Right of Withdrawal for Consumers



(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.)



Right of Withdrawal



You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 90 days without giving any reason.


The withdrawal period is 90 days from the day:


  • on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods (in the case of a single delivery), or
  • on which you, or a third party designated by you, took possession of the last item (in the case of partial deliveries or multiple shipments).



To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see contact details above) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email or via the return form).


To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.





Effects of Withdrawal



If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.


However, this does not include additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.


The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.


We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.


We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.





Return of Goods



No returns without prior clarification and communication with customer support.


You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about the withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.


Please return the goods, where possible, in appropriate packaging. The use of the original packaging is not mandatory and is not a requirement for exercising the right of withdrawal.





Compensation for Loss in Value



You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.


A simple inspection or fitting, as would normally be possible in a retail store, does not result in compensation for loss in value.


If applicable, we will document any detected impairments (for example: visible signs of wear, makeup or deodorant stains, odors, damage, missing accessories) and determine a reasonable compensation for the loss in value.





Partial Withdrawals, Bundle Offers & Free Gifts



In the case of partial withdrawals, we will refund the purchase price of the returned items and, where applicable, the proportional shipping costs in accordance with applicable law.


For bundle offers, the bundle discount may be partially removed if only certain items from the bundle are returned.


Free gifts must be returned as well if they were part of the contractual agreement. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from the refund.


All applicable conditions will be clearly communicated on the product page or during checkout.





Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal



The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:


  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. underwear, swimwear, hygiene products)
  • goods that are made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized
  • audio/video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery
  • newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts
