Shipping Destinations



Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries:


  • Switzerland
  • Austria
  • France






Shipping Costs



(including applicable statutory VAT)



Deliveries within Germany



Shipping within Germany is free of charge.





International Deliveries



Shipping to international destinations is charged at a flat rate of €3.99 per order.





Delivery Times



Unless otherwise stated in the respective product offer, delivery times are as follows:


  • Germany: 4–5 business days after conclusion of the contract
  • International deliveries: 4–5 business days after conclusion of the contract



If advance payment has been agreed, the delivery period begins after your payment instruction has been issued.


Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.


If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
